1. No Returns, No Refunds, No Chargebacks

Since all artworks on Pinkpara.com are custom-made for each buyer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

🔹 All sales are final.
🔹 No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are allowed.
🔹 Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

📌 Legal Reference:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16 – The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
  • PSD2 Payment Services Directive – Sellers can dispute chargebacks if the buyer has accepted the Terms and Conditions stating that custom-made products are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]with clear photos of the damage.

✔ If the damage is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or repair option.
✔ We may request that you return the damaged item before a replacement is issued.
✔ Shipping costs for returns due to damage will be covered by us.

📌 Important: Minor variations in color, texture, or size are part of the artistic process and do not qualify as defects.


3. No Refunds for Custom Orders

  • Each order is custom-made, and therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes will not be accepted.
