Each artwork on Pinkpara.com is custom-made, meaning production and delivery times may vary.

Production time: 14–30 days
🚚 Shipping time:

  • EU & USA: 7–14 business days
  • Worldwide: 14–30 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


2. Shipping Carriers

We ship worldwide using DHL and UPS for secure and reliable delivery.

📌 Important: If your country has specific import restrictions or requires additional paperwork, delivery may take longer.


3. Shipping Costs & Customs Fees

Shipping is free worldwide.
Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Some countries may charge import taxes or customs duties upon arrival. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.


4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, follow these steps:
